Payments

Your privacy matters to us. Our shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal which has the highest possible level of security on all transactions.

Shipping

Once your order is confirmed, your order will process for 1-2 days then the shipping process will begin. There are three options available for you at checkout to receive your order.

Shipping with a tracking number -this is recommended for more than 1 order
Shipping without a tracking number - this is recommended for 1 order
Free Pickup - this is recommended if you live in Toronto and don't want to pay for shipping, the available dates and times will be sent to you by email.

Once your order has been shipped depending on what option you chose, your tracking number will be sent out to you. O'Beauty will no longer be responsible for your order and you will have to contact Canada Post for your concerns. Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days (excluding weekends or holidays), however, you have to be mindful of delays because COVID-19 has affected the regular shipping speed.

Please make sure to put the correct shipping address, if there is a mistake please email us the correct information within 24 hours.

Refunds or Returns

O'Beauty does not offer returns or refunds due to health and safety reasons. We aren't responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped out, you have to contact Canada Post and resolve the issue. If your address was written incorrectly at checkout please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours, a refund will be issued through the payment it was first received. After 24 hours we will not be responsible for these issues and no refund will be placed.
